The "Readers Web" line has a corresponding budget percentage allocation (30% x 6 SWEs total = 1.8 SWE - close to 1.75 SWE) for librarization/refactor cutting across a few areas in the Platform Evolution CDP. Note that "Advanced mode on mobile web via Vector" is qualified actually as a New Content (mobile editing) departmental program in Audiences.
